MIDWEST FABRICATORS HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Midwest Fabricators Ltd. is committed to a strong health and safety program that protects our staff, our visitors, our property, the environment and the public from accidents, incidents, or illness.

 

In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with Industrial Standards and best practices and in compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal legislative requirements. Further, we will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accidents, near misses, incidents, or personal injury and illness.

 

All employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities. Safe work practices and procedures are clearly defined in the Safety Manual for all employees to follow.

 

Accidental Loss can be controlled through good management in combination with active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, and employees.

 

It is our objective that management functions will comply with legislative safety requirements as they relate to the planning, operation, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. All employees will perform their job properly in accordance with established procedures and safe work practices.

 

We consider the safety and health of our employees to be of paramount importance and ask everyone to work together towards providing a safe and healthy work environment for all.
